Registering your French property for the Regime Réel- LMNP

If the income from your French furnished rental property exceeds 15k Euros per annum, then you are required to register for the Regime Réel- LMNP (Loueur en Meublé Non Professionnel).

Here are DIY instructions in 3 stages:

  1. Sign up to INPI.
  2. Register your furnished rental activity.
  3. Complete your online tax registration.

These instructions are for your guidance only, as at late 2025/ early 2026 and as the Tax Office changes their system periodically, you may find that it’s slightly different when you register.
